Warehouse Management System

UnitedDC’s custom designed, innovative, state-of-the-art Warehouse Management System (WMS) allows real-time inventory control of your plastic resin as it is packaged, warehoused, and distributed. Our system utilizes radio frequency bar coding that provides real time inbound, on-hand inventory, and shipping information electronically, such as current data and information on items being packaged, products by lot number, and the status of outbound orders – even during loading. The bar-coding system virtually eliminates shipping errors. Customized reports are also available.

UltraLite ^™ Tractors

Our specially designed UltraLite™ tractors enable us to haul 40’ ocean containers of bagged resin weighing up to 24.5 MT net from our facilities in Houston to the ports and rail ramps of Houston and the surrounding area.

Conveying Systems

Our patented pneumatic conveying system prevents cross contamination, as well as the loss of powdered products.

Unibag ^™

The Unibag™, invented and commercialized by UnitedDC , is a woven polypropylene, open-mouth package, enabling fast, accurate filling. This award-winning bag is also puncture resistant, leak proof, and less expensive than other comparably sized bags on the market.

UnitedDC has the capability to transfer product to hopper cars from seabulk containers as well as from hopper cars to seabulk containers.
